A comprehensive physician evaluation for families seeing FLOW for the first time. We assess both mom and baby, establish a diagnosis, and build a medical care plan — not a checklist. A $100 procedure fee applies when frenotomy is performed.

Assessment of wounds, weight concerns, and feeding challenges
Continued physician oversight for established FLOW patients. Progress reassessment, care plan adjustment, and management of evolving concerns — including maternal issues like mastitis, plugged ducts, oversupply, D-MER, and return-to-work planning.
*Can be done with initial visit. A follow-up appointment is required 1-3 days following the procedure. **Flat rate regardless of number of multiples.

Pasteurized Donor Human Milk Access
We are proud to offer access to pasteurized donor human milk through the Mothers' Milk Bank of Tennessee. When supplementation is medically indicated, we can connect your family directly. Donor milk is an additional cost and dispensed only when clinically appropriate.
About Our Practice
FLOW is a cash-pay direct care practice. We do not bill insurance. All visits are paid at time of service. Many patients successfully submit to FSA, HSA, or insurance for partial reimbursement — we provide documentation to support this.
Scheduling
All visits are scheduled in advance. New patients are typically seen within a few business days. Urgent concerns are accommodated whenever possible — contact us directly to discuss your situation before booking.
